Tokomaru Facility

Our Tokomaru fabrication shop consists of one floor, 48m × 13m, serviced by two overhead five tonne gantry cranes, and another floor, 38m × 9.5m, serviced by a one tonne gantry crane. The shop is fully equipped to meet most fabrication requirements, and the site incorporates a large storage yard. This facility is supported by our 30m × 15m Palmerston North workshop, which is also well equipped and is serviced by a four and two tonne gantry crane.

Our Tokomaru, Palmerston North and Wellington workshops are fully equipped to meet the requirements of most structural fabrication jobs.

In addition to our own facilities, we also work in conjunction with our sister company, Smiths Steel in Levin, who do our guillotine and brake press work.
